These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ELODI Online Therapy and Learning Center platform, website, mobile application, and all related services.

Please Read Before Using ELODI

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ELODI Online Therapy and Learning Center platform, website, mobile application, and all related services. By creating an account or using any ELODI service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About ELODI

ELODI Online Therapy and Learning Center ("ELODI") is a brand operated by WebriQ PTE LTD, a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered address at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore 068914. References in these Terms to "ELODI," "we," "us," or "our" mean WebriQ PTE LTD trading as ELODI Online Therapy and Learning Center. ELODI is a digital platform that connects clients with licensed therapists, qualified educators, and educational resources for the purpose of improving skills, developmental outcomes, learning, and family support. ELODI operates from its Singapore registered base at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore 068914. Live sessions led by registered professionals offering services (Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Tutorials) are available exclusively to clients based in the Philippines. Educational, coaching, and subscription-based services are available to clients locally and internationally.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Who May Use ELODI

Adults (18 years and above) may register and use the platform on their own behalf
Parents or legal guardians may register and use the platform on behalf of a minor
Minors may not independently create accounts or access services without a parent or guardian account
Professionals (therapists, educators, contractors) access the platform through a separate contractor registration process

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Philippines-based clients: May access all services including live Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, SPED Tutorials, evaluations, group sessions, Caregiver Coaching, and the Digital Learning Hub
United States-based clients: May access academic/SPED tutorials, educational subscriptions, Caregiver Coaching, parent education content, and approved educational classes only. Live clinical therapy, evaluations, treatment planning, and clinical reports are not available to US-based clients
Other countries: May access educational and subscription products. Live therapy and clinical services are not available outside the Philippines

2.3 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Services Offered

3.1 Live Therapist-Led Services (Philippines only)

Speech Therapy — 1:1 sessions, evaluations, group sessions, caregiver coaching
Occupational Therapy — 1:1 sessions, OT evaluations, group sessions, caregiver coaching
SPED and Academic Tutorials — 1:1 tutorial sessions, group sessions, caregiver coaching
Group Therapy — small group sessions (3–5 participants) for social, communication, and life skills
Caregiver Coaching — dedicated consults for parents and caregivers

3.2 Educational and Subscription Services (Local and International)

Digital Learning Hub — monthly subscription to therapist-designed printables, videos, worksheets, and home-practice resources
Online webinars — live and recorded caregiver education and coaching content
Knowledge Base — AI-assisted search over approved educational and coaching content

Note: Content labelled as "educational," "coaching," or "parent education" is not clinical therapy, does not constitute a diagnosis, and does not replace individualized professional assessment or treatment. It is designed to support and complement therapy, not replace it. This distinction is especially important for United States users, for whom ELODI does not provide clinical services of any kind.

4. Bookings, Sessions, and Scheduling

4.1 Booking and Payment

All sessions must be booked and paid in advance through the ELODI platform
Payment is processed through HitPay by WebriQ PTE LTD from its Singapore operating base
Session credits are deducted from your active package upon booking
No session room opens until payment has been confirmed by the system
Consultation sessions designated as free may be booked without payment

4.2 Packages and Validity

5-session packages are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase
Sessions not used within the validity period are forfeited unless exceptional circumstances apply and are approved by ELODI administration
Packages are non-transferable between clients or service types

4.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Valid reschedule (24+ hours notice): Free. Session credit is preserved and may be rebooked within the package validity period
Late cancellation (under 24 hours notice): Session credit is counted as used. No refund or carry-over is provided except emergencies. For emergencies, it may be rebooked within 15 days.
No-show (client does not attend): Session credit is counted as used. The attending therapist is compensated
Therapist cancellation: If a therapist cancels, your session credit is preserved in full and a make-up session is offered

4.4 Connectivity Issues

If a session is disrupted by connectivity failure within the first 30 minutes, the session credit is preserved and a reschedule is offered
ELODI is not responsible for client-side internet disruptions but will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling

4.5 Session Conduct

Clients and caregivers agree to:

Join sessions from a quiet, private space with a working camera and microphone
Treat all therapists and educators with respect and professionalism
Not record sessions without prior written consent from ELODI and the therapist
Not share session links with unauthorized parties

5. Evaluations and Clinical Services

Initial Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy evaluations are required before regular therapy sessions begin. Evaluations are not included in session packages and are billed separately.

Evaluation fees must be paid in full before the session is confirmed
The evaluation produces an intake summary, therapy recommendations, and plan of care
A formal written evaluation report may be requested
Evaluation findings reflect the therapist's professional clinical judgment and are not guaranteed outcomes

Note: ELODI therapists provide individualized allied health services within their professional scope of practice. ELODI does not provide medical diagnosis, prescriptions, psychological assessments, or services that require medical licensure beyond PRC-regulated allied health practice. If a client requires medical evaluation or psychiatric support, the therapist will refer appropriately.

6. Artificial Intelligence Features

ELODI uses AI tools to support therapist documentation and to power the Knowledge Base. The following terms govern your use of these features.

6.1 AI Session Note Drafting

AI-generated session note drafts are created as administrative support tools only
All AI-generated notes must be reviewed, edited, and approved by the supervising therapist before they are finalized or shared with the client
AI notes do not constitute a clinical record until approved by the therapist
Your consent for AI-assisted documentation will be requested during onboarding

6.2 Knowledge Base and AI Search

The Knowledge Base Agent answers only from approved, therapist-reviewed educational and coaching content
It does not provide individualized clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
Responses are informational only and do not replace professional consultation
The Knowledge Base is not available for content related to raw therapy sessions, private client data, or unapproved materials

6.3 Limitations of AI

ELODI's AI systems are operational tools, not autonomous healthcare providers. No AI feature on the ELODI platform should be interpreted as clinical advice or a substitute for therapist judgment. ELODI is not liable for any outcome arising from reliance on AI-generated content without therapist review.

7. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

7.1 Pricing

All prices are published on the ELODI platform and website. ELODI reserves the right to update pricing with at least 14 days' notice. Existing paid packages are honoured at the rate paid.

7.2 Currencies

Philippines-based clients are billed in Philippine Pesos (PHP)
United States-based clients are billed in US Dollars (USD)
Payments are processed through HitPay by WebriQ PTE LTD from its Singapore operating base with multi-currency support

7.3 Refunds

Unused sessions (package): No refunds available. Kindly use paid sessions before expiry.
Expired packages: No refund is available for sessions in an expired package
Evaluations: Evaluation fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted
Library subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No partial-month refunds are issued
Technical failure: If a session cannot be delivered due to a verified technical failure on ELODI's side, a full session credit or refund will be issued

8. Therapists and Educators

All therapists and educators on the ELODI platform operate as independent contractors under a separate Contractor Agreement with WebriQ PTE LTD. By using ELODI services as a client, you acknowledge:

Therapists and educators are not employees of WebriQ PTE LTD or ELODI
ELODI is responsible for platform operations, scheduling, payments, and quality oversight — not for the independent professional judgment of individual therapists
All ELODI professionals are required to hold valid PRC licenses
ELODI conducts onboarding review and quality assurance — but individual clinical outcomes depend on the specific needs and circumstances of each client

9. Consent and Authorizations

By using ELODI, you will be asked to provide the following consents during onboarding. Each consent is jurisdiction-specific and version-controlled:

Data Privacy Consent: authorizing collection and use of your personal data
Telehealth Consent: confirming your understanding of online service delivery
Parent or Guardian Consent: required for all minor clients
Recording Consent: required only if you wish sessions to be recorded
AI-Assisted Documentation Consent: required for AI note drafting features
Cross-Border Data Transfer Consent: for data processed by WebriQ PTE LTD from its Singapore base
Marketing Consent: optional, for receiving promotional communications You may withdraw any consent at any time by contacting info@elodi.com.

10. Confidentiality

All information shared in sessions, intake forms, and communications with ELODI therapists and staff is treated as confidential. ELODI does not share clinical information without your written consent, except:

Where required by law or court order
Where necessary to prevent imminent risk of harm to the client or others
Where the therapist is required to report under mandatory reporting obligations Therapists and all ELODI contractors sign binding confidentiality agreements as a condition of platform access.

11. Prohibited Conduct

By using the ELODI platform, you agree not to:

Misrepresent your identity, location, or the identity of a client
Provide false information in intake forms or consent documents
Record or screenshot sessions without prior written consent
Share login credentials or session links with unauthorized persons
Attempt to contact therapists or educators outside the ELODI platform for private arrangements
Use AI features or Knowledge Base outputs as a substitute for professional clinical consultation
Harass, threaten, or act abusively toward any ELODI therapist, educator, or staff member
Use ELODI's educational content for commercial redistribution without written authorization
Attempt to circumvent geo-based service restrictions Violations of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the ELODI platform — including session resources, worksheets, videos, AI tools, documentation templates, course materials, and the Knowledge Base — is the intellectual property of WebriQ PTE LTD trading as ELODI Online Therapy and Learning Center, or its licensed content creators.

You may use platform content for personal, non-commercial use within your active subscription or session package
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publish any ELODI content without written authorization
Session notes and reports generated for your care are yours to access and retain for personal use — they may not be reproduced commercially
Worksheets and downloadable resources from the Digital Learning Hub are licensed for personal and family home-practice use only

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

ELODI provides services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee specific therapeutic or educational outcomes
ELODI is not liable for outcomes arising from the independent professional judgment of therapists or educators
ELODI is not liable for service disruptions caused by client-side internet, device, or connectivity failures
ELODI is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform
The total liability of WebriQ PTE LTD and ELODI for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in dispute Nothing in these Terms limits the liability of WebriQ PTE LTD for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Termination of Access

Termination by you

You may close your account at any time by contacting info@elodi.com.

Termination by ELODI

ELODI may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, provide false information, engage in abusive conduct toward professionals, or in any way compromise the safety or integrity of the platform. In such cases, no refund will be issued for unused credits.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed primarily by the laws of Singapore, as ELODI is operated by WebriQ PTE LTD, a Singapore incorporated company with registered address at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore 068914. The courts of Singapore shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms, subject to the paragraphs below. For clients based in the Philippines accessing live therapy services, matters relating specifically to clinical service delivery and consumer protection are also governed by applicable Philippine law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines and RA 10173. For clients based in the United States accessing educational services, applicable US federal and state consumer protection laws apply to those specific services. ELODI will first seek to resolve any dispute through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be referred to mediation before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.

16. Amendments to These Terms

ELODI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. The current version of these Terms is always available at www.elodicare.com/terms. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
